We are Ina & Viktor Strauch from Werlte, parents of two wonderful children, Christians and business owners of the Modewelt Strauch branch in Lage, as well as the online shop, which we took over from Ina's mother Olga Kurnitski in September 2017.
With us you will find a large selection of girls' and women's skirts in appropriate lengths and cuts and in high quality. We are constantly expanding our range and have therefore also been offering a considerable range of headgear, such as headbands, scarves and shawls in a wide variety of designs, colours and materials since December 2020. We have recently also started offering women's dresses, whether chic for church services or casual for everyday wear, there is something for everyone. We are also planning further range expansions in the near future. You can look forward to it!
In 2011, Olga K. founded Olga's fashion world and initially sold the skirts, which she had manufactured according to her own design by the Renax production facility in Poland and later also by ExElit in Serbia, only through mobile sales. Due to the high demand and constantly increasing number of customers, she decided to open a branch in Lage two years later. In 2017, Olga K. handed over part of the company to us.
I, Ina, am Olga K.'s daughter and have worked in the company since day one. So I knew the work from the beginning and immediately took on responsibilities and tasks at Olga's fashion world.
This is the small sales team on site in the branch. Olga and Maria are sisters who have been working as sales assistants since the store opened in Lage. Helene and Natascha joined later and complete our team. In addition to their duties as sales assistants, such as advising customers, taking payments, labeling and sorting items, they also process online orders, pack parcels and get them ready for shipping.
Over the years we have grown into a family. We have a lot of fun and enjoyment working together and really appreciate their efforts, especially when things are stressful and they have to work overtime.
Another important addition to our team is Eline. She is responsible for marketing and customer service and manages Instagram & Facebook, WhatsApp and Telegram. So, if you contact us via social media, you will be in contact with Eline.
We receive the best feedback from our customers for the large selection and quality of the skirts. It is a matter close to our hearts to sell decent, yet beautiful and high-quality skirts. All skirts are designed by us (except partner products) and made especially for Modewelt Strauch. Our items are therefore unique and cannot be purchased anywhere else.
