How does the return work?
1. Use the enclosed delivery note for the return. On the delivery note, mark the items that are being returned and note the reason for the return (e.g. too small).
2. Address the package to:

3. Take the properly sealed package to the parcel service of your choice (e.g. DHL, Hermes, GLS etc.) and clear the package. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returns.
4. As soon as we receive your return, we will refund the invoice amount within 14 days using the payment method you used.
How long do I have to return something?
You have the option of returning your order to us within 14 days of receipt. It is important that the items have not been worn and that the original label is still attached. If the label has been removed or the item has been worn, the item cannot be exchanged or returned.
My item is defective, what can I do?
If you have discovered a defect in the item you ordered, you can return the goods to us. We will complain about the item to our manufacturer and send it in. The item will either be repaired, exchanged or you will receive a credit. Please note that a complaint can take several weeks to process.
When and how do I get my money back?
The refund is usually made using the original payment method used. We usually manage to process the refund within up to 14 working days, depending on the payment method, the amount will be refunded after a short time
